About The Bluegrass Outsider?
The Bluegrass Outsider, co-founded by Clark Shuman and Dr. T. Michael W. Halcomb, aims to be the go-to website for those interested in learning about and exploring Kentucky. Here, you will learn about our state's hidden and not-so-hidden treasures. You'll meet interesting residents, discover interesting places, and come to appreciate this great state of ours even more than you already do. While much of the content you'll find here will be unique, like a "clearing house," some of it will also be found on other sites. If you have questions, feel free to get in touch with us via the Contactpage. For now, take a moment to read a bit about the site's founders. Then, read some of our blog posts, check out our photos, and buy a shirt or two. Y'all come back often!
